1. Ministry Purpose

• Christian Warriors Designs Ministry (CWD Ministry) is a non-profit Christian organization providing media support to churches, ministries, and Christian programs through graphic design, branding, websites, apps, and digital tools. Every service is rendered in line with our calling to spread the gospel and is guided by Christian values, sacrifice, and unity in the Body of Christ.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By using this website or engaging with any of our platforms, apps, groups, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or use of our services.

3. Ministry Registration Rules

• To access CWD services, all ministers must register their ministry in accordance with the following rules:

1. Registration fees must be paid before filling out any ministry registration form.
2. Only one ministry is permitted per individual registration. Multiple registrations by the same minister are prohibited and will result in a fine.
3. Ministry registration must be done using only the official links or methods provided by CWD Ministry.
4. Only recognized ministers or workers of a ministry are eligible to register that ministry.

No project will be accepted or processed unless the ministry is properly registered.

4. Platform Rules (CWD Group Etiquette)

• CWD operates through digital platforms (e.g., WhatsApp groups, Telegram..). Ministers must adhere to the following:

• No chatting or commenting in CWD groups. Only project details should be submitted.
• All design requests must be sent to the group by the program owners only.
• Do not send gospel project details directly to designers. Ensure all details are accurate before sending to the group.
• Abuse or disrespect of platform rules may result in suspension or removal.

5. Project Submission Rules

• To maintain excellence and order, projects must be submitted in the following format:

1. Ministry Logo
2. Ministry Name
3. Event Tag (e.g., Revival Night)
4. Event Theme (e.g., Open Heavens)
5. Theme Subtitle (e.g., Breaking the Chains)
6. Date of Event
7. Time of Event
8. Venue
9. Host Name & Photo
10. Guest Minister(s) Name & Photo(s)
11. Enquiry Phone Numbers

Projects without complete information may be delayed or not accepted.

6. Business and Organizational Projects

CWD Ministry is strictly a gospel-based creative ministry and does not design for business, commercial, or secular purposes through its main platform or groups.

• No business or organizational project should be submitted through the CWD group.
• Any such request must be directed privately to the CWD Admin or President for special consideration.
• CWD groups are solely reserved for gospel and Christian ministry-based design requests.
• Submitting business projects to the group without approval may result in removal or suspension from the platform.

7. Time Rules

• Designs are served on a first come, first served basis. No favoritism.
• Submit your program details at least 2 weeks before the event.
• If the date of an already-submitted design is postponed by 1–2 months, we will not be able to edit or reprocess it.
• We do not tolerate attempts to manipulate deadlines or deceive designers for quicker delivery.

Time is sacred and must be respected by all ministers.

8. Donations and Subscriptions

• Donations are welcome to support the work, but services remain offered sacrificially and not for merchandising.
• Misuse of the donation system or unauthorized fundraising using the CWD name is prohibited.

9. Design Rules

• All CWD designs are gifts created by the sacrifices of God’s people. They must not be resold as merchandise.
• Anyone found selling CWD-generated materials for profit is considered to be commercializing a gift of God and may be banned.
• CWD does not work with external designers. We serve only ministers and Christian workers directly.
• All CWD work will bear the CWD logo (bottom-right corner) as a seal of ministry integrity.

10. Payments & Refunds

• No refunds are issued after project work has commenced.
• Any Flutterwave or payment setup costs are borne by the minister requesting the service.
• Payment must be completed before access to design services begins.

11. Intellectual Property & Usage

• Completed designs belong to the minister after full payment, excluding CWD’s logo.
• Ministers may not alter or remove CWD’s logo without written permission.
• CWD reserves the right to feature completed work (with logo) in our portfolios unless confidentiality is requested.

12. Disclaimers & Limitations

• CWD shall not be liable for:
  • Delays due to incorrect submission of details
  • Project complications arising from third-party platforms
  • Lost opportunities due to late project submissions
• All services are provided “as-is” in good faith and within the limits of ministry capacity.

13. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment is defaulted
• A minister is found in misconduct, deception, or disunity
• There’s misuse of CWD’s name, logo, platform, or team members

14. Updates to Terms

• CWD Ministry may update these Terms at any time. Continued usage of our services indicates your agreement with the latest version.
